Who are we?

 

Redeemer Presbyterian

 Exists to reach people for Christ and to equip them to serve in His Kingdom. We hope to bring a message of hope, life, freedom and joy to the community of Tulsa. We view ourselves as a well, one that is full of refreshing, living water, and we want to see that water flow out into our community. Click here for a sermon on this message. 

 

A Church Like Jesus 

Sometimes it seems that the Church has nothing in common with Jesus.

  • Jesus came to take away guilt, the church often gives us new things to feel guilty about.
  • Jesus promised us a light burden, the church burdens us with the need to look, act and feel perfect.
  • Jesus promised rest for our souls, the church overwhelms us with new things to do everyday.

We want to get back to a restful Sabbath and the freedom that comes from knowing we are important not because of what we do, but because of how much we are loved. Click here for more information.

Committed to Scripture                                

Our Church has nothing new to offer. Rather we believe that the true solution to our emptiness and burdens is a very old one. We attempt to apply the Bible, the words of life, to our needs in a very understandable, practical and encouraging way. Follow this link for more.

 

Learning to Love like Jesus 

These changes include: When God's word comes to life in our hearts, we are changed. We stop viewing the world through selfish lenses. In fact, one of the first things God does to us, is free us from the self obsession that marks our lives.

     These Changes Include:

                                  Service

     Which are all informed, encouraged and driven by worship.
